Expert Review & Verdict

The Verdict
Our Verdict: Eleven Sports does not exist anymore. DAZN bought them in 2023 and absorbed the entire operation. If you live in Belgium and want to watch the Jupiler Pro League, this is your only legal streaming option. The app itself is solid and the picture quality is great. But the monthly price is steep and local fans are still annoyed by the rebrand and the price hikes.

In-Depth Platform Analysis & Coverage
The transition from Eleven Sports to DAZN in Belgium was a massive shift for local football fans. The old Eleven Sports 1 and 2 channels are now just called DAZN 1 and DAZN 2. The standalone Eleven app is dead. You have to use the global DAZN app now.
On the content side, the lineup is incredibly strong. DAZN locked down the domestic Belgian Pro League rights until 2030. They also brought over the Eleven Sports international portfolio, meaning you get La Liga, Serie A, and Ligue 1 all in one place. Adding NFL Game Pass and live boxing makes it a very complete sports package.
The technical side is mostly good. The global DAZN app is much cleaner than the old local Eleven app. The video player is reliable and rarely buffers during big Sunday afternoon matches. You can cast to your TV without issues and the interface actually makes sense.
The main complaint is the price. Paying nearly 35 euros a month for a rolling subscription is expensive. You can drop it to 25 euros if you sign a 12 month contract, but that locks you in. Also, the geo blocking is absolute. If you are a Belgian expat living in France or the UK, the app will block you from watching live matches. It is a strictly region locked product. You pay a premium for exclusive local rights, and you get a solid app in return.
